Amada Terms of Service.
These terms describe how Amada handles website inquiries, sourcing discussions, quotation support and general commercial communications for tooling, equipment and machinery buyers. Website content is provided for planning and informational purposes. It does not replace a formal quotation, distributor confirmation, engineering review, service bulletin or written purchase agreement. Any delivery date, availability statement, certification reference or compatibility note is preliminary until confirmed in writing by Amada or the relevant authorized support path.
Buyers are responsible for supplying accurate machine model information, part numbers, drawings, production conditions, installation regions, compliance requirements and requested documentation. Amada may ask for additional information before recommending a tooling item, replacement part, consumable, machinery option or service route. We may decline or pause a request when the available information is insufficient to make a responsible recommendation.
Quotes, lead times and technical recommendations may change based on distributor availability, export controls, freight conditions, material changes, regulatory limitations, credit approval or changes to the buyer's specification. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, samples, drawings, images and text submitted through this website remain the responsibility of the submitter, and confidential treatment should be requested before sensitive files are sent. Amada will use commercially reasonable care when handling business information and will not intentionally disclose project details except as needed to evaluate, quote, fulfill or support the request.
